Where are you located?

We are based in New York , and we service Queens and Nassau County Long Island. (minimums apply to Suffolk County).

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday-Thursday 12:00pm - 5:00pm. Weekends are reserved for booked events.

What is your last pickup time?

Our last pickup time is 2am. After 2am, it is an additional fee for next day pickup.

Do you service other states?

No, we only service New York.

What items do you offer?

We offer event décor props such as backdrops, balloon décor, marquee letters/numbers, pedestals, animal statues, candy carts and champagne walls. *We do not provide full event décor.

Do you rent out tables, chairs, tents or linen tablecloths?

No, we only rent out backdrop and prop décor listed on our rental page.

How much is the rental deposit?

The rental deposit varies per reservation. It will be provided in your order’s rental agreement.

Can you get your deposit back if you cancel your event?

No, you will only receive a credit valid for up to 1 year from the event date.

How can I see pricing?

For a custom quote, please fill out a booking form with the items you’re interested in and use the comments sections to add additional questions or details regarding your inquiry.

Some pricing is available under our Packages or rental page of the website.

Do you have a showroom that I can come in and see rentals items?

No we do not at this time, but you can view our items through our website or social media pages as we post event pictures.

I filled out a booking form, how long should I wait before reaching out?

We typically reply up to 1-2 business days. Our office is closed Friday-Sunday for booked events.

I’ve emailed and have not received a response, how can I get in touch with you?

Due to the high volume of emails and messages, please be patient as we attend our customers in the order that they have been received. Please note the best method of contact is by email.

How long can I rent items for?

Our rentals are typically for up to 8 hours of same day rental with our latest pickup being 2am. Depending on availability, the rental period may extended to accommodate early setup times

I’ve ordered from you before, but I received a different quote now that I inquired, why did the price change?

Our prices are subject to change without notice. Prices varies depending on availability of items and availability to deliver.

How much is your delivery fee?

The Delivery Fee varies on the size of the order and location from our warehouse. It will be provided in your order’s rental agreement.

Can I pickup the items myself to avoid a delivery fee?

No, all of our items must be delivered and picked up by Trend Rentals

How long in advance do you recommend booking?

We recommend booking at least 3-4 months in advance.
